Return Eligibility
  • Items must be returned within 3–7 days of delivery (as per policy confirmation).
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Beauty & skincare products once opened or used
  • Fragrances after seal is broken
  • Jewelry items (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Discounted or sale items (if mentioned)
Return Process
  • Customers must contact us via email or WhatsApp before returning any item.
  • Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed after product inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or agreed alternative.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval.
